The Zen Scale is the quiet corner of Motion Arcade. A marble drops onto a wooden beam suspended over a koi pond, and your only task is to roll it into the glowing well. Nothing chases you and nothing counts down. The ready screen says it outright: no timer, take your time.
Tilt your head and the beam tips with it, up to 14 degrees each way, with a small dead zone so a resting posture keeps the beam still. The marble's speed is the whole puzzle: rolled gently, it sinks into holes in the wood; rolled with enough pace, it skips right across them. Raise a finger on either hand and a peg sprouts at that end of the beam to catch a runaway marble.
Guide the marble into the well to clear the level. Let it drop into a void or roll off an unguarded end and it falls to the pond, costing you one of three petals. When the last petal is gone, the run ends.
No webcam, or just not in the mood? Choose Start with Control on the start screen and the game never asks for the camera. The left and right arrow keys tilt the beam, and A and D sprout the left and right pegs. On phones, drag sideways to tilt and use the two corner Peg buttons. There is no calibration step in this mode; the run begins immediately, and the scoring, levels, and leaderboard are identical to motion play.
Every clear is worth 500 points, plus 250 for a soft capture (drifting into the well gently rather than at speed) and another 250 for an effortless clear, which means never raising a peg. All of it is multiplied by your flow streak: each consecutive clear adds half a step to the multiplier, up to four times, and one lost marble resets it. Skipping the marble across a void at speed also earns a small leap bonus.
Twelve hand-built levels each introduce a single idea: pegs, voids, off-center pivots, slippery moss, a drifting breeze, a mischievous wisp. Past level twelve the counter becomes an infinity symbol and the game remixes those ingredients endlessly. The physics never change; the layouts just get meaner. If you step away, a checkpoint lets you continue the same run within 30 minutes.
The game calibrates to your neutral head position on the ready screen, so it plays the same whether you sit or stand, upright or slouched. If the camera briefly loses your face, the beam holds its angle instead of springing level. Pausing is instant, resuming counts down from three, and the game pauses itself if you switch tabs or rotate your phone. On phones it plays in portrait.

No. The Zen Scale has no round timer at all. Speed only matters to the marble: slow rolls sink into holes, fast rolls skip over them.
Mostly no. Tilting is entirely head-driven. Raising a finger to sprout a peg is optional insurance, and skipping it earns the effortless bonus.
A run ends after three lost marbles. Your best score can go on the arcade leaderboard, and a recent run can be continued from its checkpoint within 30 minutes.
