Motion Arcade provides browser games controlled by your webcam and body movement. The service is provided free of charge and may change, add, or remove games and features at any time.

You may play without an account. If you create one, keep your credentials secure — you are responsible for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter into these terms. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.

The games involve real physical movement — swinging your arms, leaning, and quick reactions. Play in a clear space away from furniture, people, and pets, and stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort. You are responsible for your own physical safety and surroundings while playing.

Do not attempt to disrupt the service, cheat in online multiplayer, scrape or reverse engineer the site, use it for unlawful purposes, or interfere with other players' sessions.

The games, artwork, sounds, and code on this site belong to Motion Arcade or its licensors and are protected by copyright. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell them without permission.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. Motion tracking depends on your camera, lighting, and device, and may not work perfectly in all conditions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Motion Arcade is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including injury resulting from physical play or loss of saved progress.

We may update these terms; the effective date above reflects the latest revision. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
