Your hands are the
controller

Motion Arcade is a neon playground that runs on nothing but your webcam. Wave, swipe, pinch, rally — every move is read in real time, so the game reacts the instant you do. No controller. No install. Just you.

We ask once. The webcam feed never leaves your browser — all tracking runs on-device.

Hand Tracking
// The Cabinets

Pick your motion

Every cabinet is built around a single gesture — a fingertip, an open palm, a swipe. Step in front of the camera and the game shapes itself around you.

// Under the hood

On-device. No uploads.

Every cabinet runs on in-browser machine learning that locates your hands and face dozens of times per second. The games read those landmark positions, not the video itself, and the camera feed is processed entirely on your device. Nothing you do in front of the lens is uploaded, recorded, or seen by anyone.

Curious how a browser tab pulls that off, or how to set up a room that tracks well? The guides cover the tracking tech, camera setup, and accessibility across every cabinet, and the about page explains the project itself.

Wave toStart.

No login, no download. Allow the camera, raise a hand, and the arcade lights up around you.
